Form Studies

Whenever you conceptualise something new - if it's a building or vehicle or in this case a creature you can use a secondary object as a foundational Kickstarter for ideas. 
I used some pliers as that Kickstarter for this Creature. Ending up having something not very like the pliers in the end but still very useful approach.
